Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element reklamowy, wykonany z dowolnego materialu, w tym korzystnie z materialu tekstylnego w postaci flagi, a element reklamowy moze byc w postaci wielkogabarytowej lub malogabarytowej. Element reklamowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do stosowania w formie reklamy, dzieki umieszczaniu na nim napisów i elementów graficznych oraz wykorzystywany moze byc wewnatrz pomieszczen w formie wielko- i malo gabarytowej oraz na zewnatrz, korzystnie w postaci flag umieszczanych na masztach. The advertising element according to the industrial design is intended for use as an advertisement by placing inscriptions and graphic elements on it. It can be used indoors in large or small formats, as well as outdoors, preferably in the form of flags placed on poles. The advertising element according to the industrial design is presented in the illustration, where: Fig. 1 - shows the element in the form of an irregular geometric figure, in a shape similar to the image of an insect wing, the longer sides of which are of different lengths and mutually oblique, and one of the two shorter sides is significantly rounded, while the other is straight; Fig. 2 - shows an element in the form of an irregular geometric figure, in a shape similar to the image of an insect wing and containing stitching, the longer sides of which are of different lengths and mutually oblique, and one of the two short sides is significantly rounded, while the other is straight. List of industrial design varieties: 1 - an advertising element in the form of an irregular geometric figure, in a shape similar to the image of an insect wing, the two longer sides of which are of different lengths are mutually oblique and merge into a significantly rounded one of the short sides, and the other short side is straight; 2 - an advertising element in the form of an irregular geometric figure, in a shape similar to the image of an insect wing, whose two longer sides of different lengths are mutually oblique and merge into one of the two significantly rounded short sides, while the other short side is straight, while stitching is located along the shorter of the longer sides and the short, significantly rounded side. The essential features of the industrial design are that the advertising element is in the form of an irregular geometric figure, in a shape similar to the image of an insect wing, whose two longer sides of different lengths are mutually oblique and merge into one of the two significantly rounded short sides, while the other short side is straight, while stitching may be located along the shorter of the longer sides and the short, significantly rounded side.
