The utility model involve washing a jackfruit peel, slicing into pieces the jackfruit peel to form a sliced peel, boiling the sliced peel, blending the sliced peel until it becomes homogeneous, mixing the sliced peel with seasonings to create a slurry, dispensing the slurry in a molder, steam cooking the slurry, cooling the slurry, drying the slurry, cutting the slurry to form a cut strips, deep frying the cut strips to prepare the final product, i.e., an edible jackfruit peel.
