Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for breaking down and thereby processing a persistent substance comprised in exhaust gas generated from a thermochemical conversion processes of waste matter or biomass, wherein the device is a waste-matter or biomass processing device comprising: a gasification unit; various later-stage process units for converting into renewable energy or using renewable energy; exhaust gas conveying tubes; and a first plasma processing device.
