Abstract

Se describe un metodo de supresion de neblina acida en la electrodeposicion de cobre. En diversas modalidades, se anade al menos un extracto de raiz de regaliz liquido, un extracto de raiz de regaliz en polvo o un extracto de regaliz reconstituido en una cantidad suficiente a la solucion de electrolitos acidos del proceso de electrodeposicion de cobre para suprimir la neblina acida de la solucion de electrolitos acidos durante el proceso de electrodeposicion de cobre. En diversas modalidades, las combinaciones de extracto de regaliz y tensioactivo muestran sinergias en la supresion de neblina acida durante la electrodeposicion de cobre.
