Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion para la prevencion o el tratamiento de la diabetes mellitus, que comprende insulina y un agonista doble de GLP-1/glucagon, y un metodo para prevenir o tratar la diabetes mellitus, Mas especificamente, la presente composicion puede inhibir el aumento de peso y reducir el peligro de hipoglucemia debido a la administracion de insulina, disminuir la dosis de administracion y mejorar en gran medida el cumplimiento de los farmacos mediante una administracion combinada de un conjugado de insulina de accion prolongada y un conjugado de GLP - 1/glucagon de accion prolongada. Ademas, el conjugado de insulina de accion prolongada y el conjugado de agonista doble de GLP-1/glucagon de accion prolongada de acuerdo con la presente invencion pueden mejorar la sostenibilidad y la estabilidad in vivo porque una insulina y un agonista dual de GLP-1/glucagon estan unidos a la region Fc de la inmunoglobulina a traves de un enlazador no peptidilo.
