Abstract

Esta referido a un anticuerpo monoclonal o un fragmento de union a antigeno del mismo, que comprende un dominio variable de la cadena ligera (VL) que comprende una secuencia de aminoacidos al menos un 80 % identica a una secuencia de aminoacidos establecida como SEQ ID NO: 7. Estos anticuerpos se unen selectivamente al complejo que comprende un HLA-I no clasico (por ejemplo, HLA-E) y un neoantigeno que tiene dominios variables de la cadena pesada (VH), dominios variables de la cadena ligera (VL) y regiones determinantes de complementariedad (CDR). Estos anticuerpos modulan la respuesta inmunitaria contra las celulas cancerosas, tratando asi el cancer.
