Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento de cationizado directo de fibra de algodon y su tenido con colorantes reactivos. La apertura de la fibra inicial se realiza con dos cilindros con puntas redondeadas. Posteriormente, la fibra se impregna con agentes cationizantes en una tina para luego ser enviada a una autoclave con agua blanda. El vapor del agua blanda presente en la autoclave calienta la fibra y permite la fijacion de los reactivos de manera homogenea. Se enjuaga, neutraliza y centrifuga la fibra antes de ser secada. La fibra obtenida es convertida en hilo. El hilo cationizado forma un tejido para ser tenido.
