Abstract
Se refiere a una combinacion que comprende a) ramnosa o un polisacarido rico en ramnosa; b) un agente formador de pelicula; y c) uno o mas agentes activos adicionales seleccionados de: i) un derivado de acido hialuronico seleccionado del grupo que consiste en acido hialuronico, una sal farmaceutica o cosmeticamente aceptable del mismo, y un acido hialuronico cationizado, ii) un compuesto de silanol, y iii) un extracto de Pistacia lentiscus; para uso en el tratamiento y/o prevencion de infecciones fungicas en seres humanos. Tambien se refiere a esta combinacion por si misma, y a la composicion para unas topica farmaceutica o cosmetica que la contiene.
