Abstract
Se divulga un metodo para el reemplazo automatico de una carcasa y un tubo de perforacion, y una maquina de perforacion que comprende los mismos. La maquina de perforacion comprende: una unidad de armazon con al menos dos armazones alargados que se acoplan entre si de forma deslizante; una unidad de accionamiento en la que una carcasa alargada con un espacio de recepcion formado en ella y un tubo de perforacion en el espacio de recepcion en correspondencia con la longitud de la carcasa se acoplan de forma giratoria entre si, en donde la unidad de accionamiento esta dispuesta en una parte central de la unidad de accionamiento para deslizarse en conjuncion con el deslizamiento de la unidad de armazon; y una unidad de pivote que incluye un orificio de descarga que comunica con un espacio entre la carcasa y el tubo de perforacion y permite que el lodo generado por la perforacion del suelo se descargue hacia el exterior, en donde la unidad de pivote es desmontable de forma selectiva , dependiendo de si se acciona o no la unidad de accionamiento.A method for the automatic replacement of a casing and a drill pipe, and a drilling machine comprising the same is disclosed.
