Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere al campo de los procesos minerales y metalurgicos, al procesado de pulverizacion o a la desintegracion en general y al procesado de pulverizacion por trituradoras y molinos de tambor, y mas particularmente a un metodo y una disposicion para controlar un proceso de pulverizacion que tiene circuito de molienda. Una disposicion para controlar un proceso de pulverizacion de acuerdo con la presente invencion que tiene un circuito de molienda (8), (20), (31), cuya disposicion comprende un sistema de ·formacion de imagenes (22), (27) que mide los datos de medicion de reconstruccion en 3D (33) para la reconstruccion tridimensional del mineral metalifero entrante (9), (21 ); un equipo de analisis de tamano de particula (28) que mide los datos de tamano de particula (34) para el calculo del valor caracteristico de tamano de particula (38) del mineral metalifero saliente (10), (32); un bloque de calculo de datos de caracteristicas de mineral metalifero (39), recibiendo dicho bloque de calculo de datos de caracteristicas de mineral metalifero (39) un perfil de distribucion de tamano de particula (36) de mineral metalifero entrante (9), (21) y un valor caracteristico de tamano de particula (38) del mineral metalifero saliente (10), (32), calculandose y/o reconstruyendose dicho perfil de distribucion del tamano de particula (36) a partir de dichos datos de medicion de reconstruccion en 30 (33) para la reconstruccion tridimensional, y calculandose dicho valor caracteristico de tamano de particula (38) en base a dichos datos de tamano de particula medidos (34), calculando dicho bloque de calculo de datos de caracteristicas del mineral metalifero (39) los datos de caracteristicas del mineral metalifero (41) basandose en dicho perfil de distribucion del tamano de particula (36) y dicho valor caracteristico del tamano de particula (38); y un bloque de control (44), (51) que controla el circuito de molienda (8), (20), (31) en base a dichos datos de caracteristicas de mineral metal metalifero calculados (41).
