Abstract

La presente invencion consiste de un sistema de agarre deslizable sobre una superficie y una estructura modular que incorpora este sistema de agarre para realizar ejercicio fisico con varios puestos de trabajo que permiten ser usados simultaneamente. El sistema de agarre deslizable de la estructura modular permite variar la altura del punto de enganche de las cuerdas o bandas de ejercicio. Un objeto de la presente invencion es proveer una estacion para realizar ejercicio fisico con bandas de resistencia que es flexible y puede acomodar varios tipos de bandas de resistencia y otros aparatos para ejercicio que requieren anclarse a un objeto fisico y que sea facil de utilizar.
