Abstract
Un equipo cizallador (7) de tuercas (1) que encajan en pernos (6), en donde dicha cada tuerca tiene una entalla (3) en a lo menos dos de sus caras laterales (2), las cuales son utilizadas en maquinas de alto tonelaje, como por ejemplo en molinos de molienda de minerales. El equipo cizallador comprende: un dado calzador hueco (10) con un contorno exterior hexagonal y un contorno interior hexagonal, el cual en una primera cara interior esta provisto de una ranura en forma de cola de milano hembra (11) para alojar una cuchilla fija (4b) que se encaja en las entallas (3) de la tuerca (1 ); dicho dado calzador hueco (10) posee en una segunda cara interior, localizada en el lado opuesto de dicha primera cara interior, un cilindro ahuecado inclinado (20) respecto del dado calzador hueco (10), que posee en su porcion delantera y hacia el interior del dado calzador hueco (10), una ranura de seccion rectangular (19) que aloja una cuchilla movil (4a); dicho cilindro ahuecado inclinado (20) posee internamente dentro de su hueco y en la porcion posterior, un hilo o rosca que permite el acoplamiento de un cilindro hidraulico (21), que posee en su porcion delantera, una proyeccion cilindrica (22) que tiene un hilo o rosca para ser atornillado al cilindro ahuecado inclinado (20); y dicho cilindro hidraulico (21) posee lateralmente un conector (23), el cual recibe una manguera de una bomba que provee del fluido hidraulico para el accionamiento del piston; el cual esta unido a traves de la cavidad cilindrica interior del cilindrico ahuecado inclinado (20), a la cuchilla movil (4a) que se mueve dentro de la ranura de seccion rectangular (19), hasta alcanzar el entalle (3) de la tuerca (1).A shearing equipment (7) of nuts (1) that fit into bolts (6), where said each nut has a notch (3) in at least two of its lateral faces (2), which are used in machines of high tonnage, such as in mineral grinding mills.
