Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere un patin para mover y embarcar mercancias a volumen, que incluye cartoncillos superior e inferior cortados por troquel de material corrugado que son cada uno doblados a lo largo de lineas de registro para producir dos o mas rebordes de espesor doble. Corte de muescas a traves de la cresta de los rebordes en el cartoncillo superior, y corte de ranuras en el cartoncillo inferior en ambos lados de, y parte separados en los rebordes permite a los rebordes del cartoncillo superior ser insertados a traves de las ranuras en el cartoncillo inferior de manera que los cartoncillos superior e inferior se llevan en conjunto cara a cara produciendo una cubierta de espesor doble. Las muescas y ranuras de la parte superior y rebordes del cartoncillo inferior son interbloqueados para bloquear los rebordes en la posicion cerrada, doblada. Los rebordes sobresalen de la cubierta del patin de espesor doble y contactan el suelo para soportar la cubierta del patin y su carga de mercancias arriba del suelo para acceso facil por equipo de movimiento de horquilla.
