Abstract

La presente invencion describe un aparato (104) para permitir la dispensacion de liquido. El aparato incluye una primera camara definida por un primer cilindro (106) y que tiene una primera abertura, una segunda camara definida por un segundo cilindro (108) y que tiene una segunda abertura, el segundo cilindro que se encuentra confinado dentro de dicho primer cilindro; y un miembro de tapa (110) que funciona en conjunto con la segunda camara para definir un area de recoleccion. En un primer estado, la primera y la segunda aberturas coinciden entre si para definir una ruta para permitir que una cantidad medida del liquido fluya de una fuente de liquido (102) al segundo cilindro para la recoleccion en el area de recoleccion. En el segundo estado, el segundo cilindro es movil con respecto al primer cilindro o viceversa para definir un segundo estado, donde la primera y la segunda aberturas no coinciden entre si para restringir la ruta
