Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un conjugado de oligomero para su uso en el tratamiento de una infeccion viral causada por el virus de la hepatitis B. El conjugado de oligomero comprende: a) un oligomero capaz de modular una secuencia diana en HBx y/o HBsAg del virus de la hepatitis B (VHB); y b) un componente transportador, tal como un resto que se dirige al receptor de asialoglucoproteina (ASGP-R) o un resto conjugado de colesterol, capaz de administrar el oligomero al higado
