Abstract

Un aparato comprende un resonador de cavidad coaxial; una fuente de energia de radiofrecuencia acoplada al resonador de cavidad coaxial; una fuente de energia de corriente continua acoplada al resonador de cavidad coaxial; un modulo de retroalimentacion del proceso de combustion configurado para percibir una condicion en un ambiente de combustion midiendo una caracteristica del resonador de cavidad coaxial; y un controlador configurado para modular la operacion del resonador de cavidad coaxial basado por lo menos en parte en la informacion de retroalimentacion del proceso de combustion del modulo de retroalimentacion del proceso de combustion.
