Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un compuesto de formula (I) o una de sus sales donde: A es un heterociclico o hidrocarbonado opcionalmente sustituido; B es un heterociclico aromatico de 5 o 6 miembros opcionalmente fusionado o un anillo de benceno fusionado; R1, R2, R3 y R4 son H, grupos hidrocarbonados opcionalmente sustituidos o grupos heterociclicos opcionalmente sustituidos; A, R1 y N o R2, R3 y N forman juntos un grupo ciclico opcionalmente sustituido. Tambien se reivindica, los siguientes compuestos: 5-((1R,2R)-2-((Ciclopropilmetil)amino)ciclopropil)-N-(tetrahidro-2H-piran-4-il)tiofeno-3-carboxamida; 4-((1S,2R)-2-(Ciclobutilamino)ciclopropil)-N-(5-metil-1,3,4-tiadiazol-2-il)tiofeno-2-carboxamida y 4-((1S,2R)-2-(Ciclobutilamino)ciclopropil-(5-metil-N-(1-metil-1H-pirazol-4-il)tiofeno-2-carboxamida. Tambien se refiere a un medicamento.
