Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un polipeptido para la escision hidrolitica de la zearalenona y/o al menos un derivado de la zearalenona caracterizado porque el polipeptido es una hidrolasa con una secuencia de aminoacidos seleccionada del grupo de SEQ ID-N°: 1 a 15 o una variante funcional de la misma, en donde la identidad de secuencia entre la variante funcional y por lo menos una de las secuencias de aminoacidos es al menos el 40%; tambien se a un aditivo que contiene el polipeptido, un polinucleodido aislado que codifica el polipeptido y a un procedimiento para la escision hidrolitica de la zearalenona y/o, como minimo, un derivado de la zearalenona que utiliza el polipeptido
