Abstract

Un proceso para producir una biomasa para usar en el tratamiento de agua de reaccion Fischer-Tropsch (FT) incluye introducir un componente nutriente que comprende Carbono (C), Nitrogeno (N) y Fosforo (P), y agua en una zona de reaccion aerobica que contiene un lodo de aguas residuales, y mantener, en la zona de reaccion aerobica y bajo condiciones aerobicas, una proporcion F/M de 0.25 - 2 kg de COD/kg de MLSS.dia, donde F/M = Proporcion de Alimento a Microorganismo; COD = Demanda Quimica de Oxigeno, expresada como oxigeno / L en mg de liquido en la zona de reaccion aerobica; y MLSS = Solidos Suspendidos de Licor Mezclado, expresado en solidos en mg en la zona de reaccion aerobica /L del liquido en la zona de reaccion aerobica. La proporcion F/M se mantiene durante un periodo de tiempo, para producir una biomasa apropiada para usar en el tratamiento del agua de reaccion FT
