Abstract
Un sistema de monitoreo para la deteccion de elementos ferromagneticos ocultos en la carga de mineral, durante la carga y/o descarga de un contenedor, el cual comprende: al menos un sensor de campo magnetico para detectar en forma automatica y en tiempo real las perturbaciones del campo magnetico local; un computador que recopila y procesa los datos mediante un software; un canal de comunicacion de corto alcance, cableado o inalambrico, que se localiza entre los nodos y el computador; un visualizador que incorpora una alarma luminosa y/o sonora; un canal de comunicacion de largo alcance entre el usuario y el computador, del tipo cableado o inalambrico; una fuente de energia del tipo bateria portable o una conexion a alimentacion fija y/o movil; y opcionalmente sensores auxiliares
