Abstract

Un sistema movil de despliegue rapida para el tratamiento de aguas residuales y de regeneracion de agua para reforzar los sistemas de aguas residuales existentes y/o proporcionar servicios provisionales en lugar de instalaciones permanentes, incluye: (a) una etapa de desnaturalizacion en donde las aguas negras primero son molidos en granos suspendibles, cuyo pH primero es rebajado para matar los bio-organismos sensibles a los acidos, luego es elevado para matar los bio-organismos sensibles a las bases, y despues es neutralizado; (b) una etapa de clarificacion que emplea un tanque en forma de cono invertido para circular la solucion posterior a la inyeccion con productos quimicos para flocular particulas pequenas para ser recogidas en una capa que sera transvasada; y (c) una etapa de eliminacion en el que las aguas clarificadas pasan a traves de filtros de medios para eliminar los solidos y olores restantes, el agua afluente estando lo suficientemente limpia para el riego, la vida acuatica y la descarga en vias fluviales; y en donde el sedimento fangoso es comprimido para formar solidos semi-secos, que despues son secados, triturados y hechos polvo y embolsados para su uso como fertilizantes de biomasa con alto contenido de nitratos o para aplicaciones de cogeneracion de potencia con combustibles fosiles
