Abstract

La presente solicitud proporciona, entre otros, anticuerpos o fragmentos de union a antigeno de los mismos, dirigidos al GRP78 de superficie celular expresado en celulas tumorales, celulas tumorales endoteliales y celulas cancerosas en estadio inicial. Estos anticuerpos anti GRP78 y fragmentos de union a antigeno de los mismos tienen una alta afinidad por GRP78 y son menos inmunogenicos en comparacion a sus anticuerpos parentales no modificados en una especie determinada, por ejemplo la humana y funcionan para inhibir GRP78.
