Abstract
Que comprende: un metodo para controlar un proceso del molino de trituracion en un circuito de trituracion, en el que dicho circuito de trituracion comprende por lo menos, un molino de trituracion (6) que tiene un eje (4) en una camara de trituracion (2), dicho circuito de trituracion (G) comprende ademas, un ciclon (11) para recibir el material de alimentacion del circuito y para ademas alimentar dicho material de alimentacion del circuito en el circuito de trituracion (G), y dispositivos de supervision. El proceso del molino de trituracion comprende por lo menos, los siguientes pasos: el bombeo del material de alimentacion del circuito a partir de un tanque de alimentacion a la corriente arriba del ciclon (11) del molino, y el bombeo del material de alimentacion del circuito formando una suspension en el molino de trituracion (6) para triturar la suspension en particulas mas finas. El metodo comprende los siguientes pasos: la supervision de por lo menos un parametro de operacion, y el control de la finura de las particulas en linea mediante el ajuste de por lo menos uno de los siguientes parametros de operacion: el indice del flujo del material de alimentacion del circuito, la densidad del material de alimentacion del circuito, la velocidad del eje (4), el indice de llenado en el molino de trituracion (6), la densidad de la trituracion y el tiempo de retencion
