Abstract

Que comprende: Un metodo de fabricacion de un conjunto de placa de tubos (7) e intercambiador de calor para un reactor de piscina o condensador de piscina para usar en la produccion de urea a partir de amoniaco y dioxido de carbono, en donde el metodo comprende la fabricacion de la placa de tubos (7) a partir de un material de grado de acero al carbono y proveer dicha placa de tubos (7) con capas protectoras contra la corrosion (8,9) de grado de acero inoxidable duplex austenitico ferritico, en donde el intercambiador de calor comprende al menos un tubo en forma de U (13) de grado de acero inoxidable duplex austenitico ferritico, donde el metodo ademas comprende insertar al menos dos manguitos (11) de grado de acero inoxidable duplex austenitico ferritico a traves de la placa de tubos (7) de modo tal que ambos extremos de manguito (11) se extienden en una direccion contraria a la placa de tubos (7), donde el metodo ademas comprende conectar los manguitos (11), al menos los extremos enfrentados de los mismos, a por lo menos las capas protectoras (8,9) de la placa de tubos (7) y finalmente conectar ambos extremos de por lo menos un tubo en forma de U (13) a los respectivos manguitos (11)
