Abstract
La invencion proporciona uno o mas tubos de dilucion para aumentar la dilucion de la pulpa a medida que entra en un espesante. Uno o mas tubos, mencionados en la descripcion como tubos de dilucion, pueden anadirse a los lados de un tubo de suministro de un espesante. Un extremo de un tubo de dilucion puede abrirse a un tanque del espesante, y el otro extremo puede abrirse en el tubo de suministro. Una pulpa muy diluida puede entrar en contacto, eficazmente, con un floculante y dar lugar a un indice de sedimentacion alto en un espesante. En consecuencia, el uso de tubos de dilucion puede aumentar la eficacia de un espesante.
