DICHO PRODUCTO TAMBIEN CONTIENE UNA PROTEASA, AMILOGLUCOSIDASA Y UNA GLUCOSA ISOMERASA, ENTRE OTROS. TAMBIEN ESTA REFERIDA A UN PROCESO DE PREPARACION. DICHO PRODUCTO CONSERVA LAS FIBRAS DIETETICAS DEL GRANO INTEGRAL.IT REFERS TO A FOOD PRODUCT THAT INCLUDES: a) A FERMENTATION AGENT; b) HAS A HUMIDITY OF LESS THAN 10% BY WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT; c) HYDROLYZED WHOLE GRAIN; d) AN ALPHA-AMYLASE THAT DOES NOT SHOW ANY HYDROLYTIC ACTIVITY AGAINST DIETARY FIBERS WHEN THEY ARE IN THE ACTIVE FORM. SUCH PRODUCT ALSO CONTAINS A PROTEASE, AMYLOGLUCOSIDASE AND A GLUCOSE ISOMERASE, AMONG OTHERS. IT ALSO REFERS TO A PREPARATION PROCESS. SAID PRODUCT PRESERVES THE DIETARY FIBERS OF THE WHOLE GRAIN.
