Y EL SIGUIENTE METODO PARA ELABORAR LA COMPOSICION CONSISTENTE EN: (A) PREPARAR LA COMPOSICION BASE; (I) CALENTAR EL PREPOLIMERO DE POLIURETANO ENTRE 75 A 85 GRADOS DURANTE 1 A 8 HORAS (II) AGREGAR EL SOLVENTE Y PIGMENTO OBTENIDO EN (I), Y (B) AGREGAR EL CATALIZADOR PARA REACCIONAR CON LA COMPOSICION BASE (A). SIENDO QUE DICHA COMPOSICION TIENE APLICACION EN LA CONFECCION, RECONSTITUCION Y RECUPERACION RAPIDA Y DEFINITIVA EN FRIO DE SUPERFICIES DESGASTADAS DE CAUCHO DE ORIGEN NATURAL O SINTETICO PARA REPARARLAS, AISLARLAS O PROTEGERLAS DE AGENTES EXTERNOS, COMO TAMBIEN PARA USO COMO PRESERVANTE CONTRA LA OXIDACION U OTROS AGENTES CORROSIVOS, ESPECIALMENTE EN LA INDUSTRIA DE LOS NEUMATICOS Y CORREAS DE CAUCHO DE LA INDUSTRIA MINERAIT CONSISTS OF A COMPOSITION FROM A TOLUENE DISOCYANATE, A COMPOSITION THAT INCLUDES BETWEEN 74% TO 84% OF CROSS-LINKED POLYURETHANE PRE-POLYMER, BETWEEN 0.1% AND 23% SOLVENT, BETWEEN 0.1% AND 5% PIGMENT, AND A CATALYST. AND THE FOLLOWING METHOD TO PREPARE THE COMPOSITION CONSISTENT OF: (A) PREPARING THE BASE COMPOSITION; (I) HEAT THE POLYURETHANE PRE-POLYMER BETWEEN 75 TO 85 DEGREES FOR 1 TO 8 HOURS (II) ADD THE SOLVENT AND PIGMENT OBTAINED IN (I), AND (B) ADD THE CATALYST TO REACT WITH THE BASE COMPOSITION (A). WHEREAS SUCH COMPOSITION HAS APPLICATION IN THE MAKING, RECONSTITUTION AND RAPID AND DEFINITIVE RECOVERY IN COLD WEARING SURFACES OF RUBBER OF NATURAL OR SYNTHETIC ORIGIN IN ORDER TO REPAIR THEM, INSULATE OR PROTECT THEM AS CONTAINERS OR PRESENT AGENTS AS USED AGENTS AS EXTERNAL AGTRENTS CORROSIVES, ESPECIALLY IN THE TIRES AND RUBBER BELT INDUSTRY OF THE MINING INDUSTRY
