THE HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT INCLUDES A TANK TO STORE NORMAL PRESSURE HYDRAULIC MEDIA, A CLOSED CIRCUIT PUMP TO SUPPLY PRESSURIZED HYDRAULIC MEDIA TO THE CNG SUPPLY UNIT. THE CLOSED CIRCUIT PUMP HAS A FIRST MIDDLE HOLE, A SECOND MIDDLE HOLE AND AN INCLINED PLATE TO CONTROL THE OPERATING STATES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND MIDDLE HOLES. THE HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT ALSO INCLUDES A REVERSIBLE VALVE TO CHANGE THE POSITION OF THE INCLINED PLATE, A SUPPLY PIPE THROUGH WHICH THE FIRST AND THE SECOND MIDDLE HOLES ARE CONNECTED TO THE TANK, A FIRST HOLE CONNECTED INTO THE FIRST HYDRAULIC ORDER HALF AND A FIRST EQUIPMENT FILL AND RETURN PIPE AND A SECOND HYDRAULIC PIPE CONNECTED BETWEEN THE SECOND MEDIUM HOLE AND A SECOND EQUIPMENT FILL AND MEDIUM RETURN PIPE
