Abstract

EL METODO COMPRENDE: i) ACOPLAR UN MONTAJE EN EL FONDO DEL POZO A UNA PRIMERA LONGITUD DE LA TUBERIA DE PRODUCCION; ii) BAJAR DENTRO DEL POZO EL MONTAJE Y LA PRIMERA LONGITUD DE LA TUBERIA DE PRODUCCION; iii) ASEGURAR LA TUBERIA EN LA BOCA DEL POZO; iv) ACOPLAR UNA LONGITUD ADICIONAL DE LA TUBERIA DE PRODUCCION A LA PRIMERA LONGITUD DE LA TUBERIA DE PRODUCCION; v) BAJAR LA LONGITUD DE TUBERIA DENTRO DEL POZO; vi) CONTINUAR EL PROCESO HASTA QUE EL MONTAJE DEL FONDO DEL POZO ESTE UBICADO A LA PROFUNDIDAD DESEADA DENTRO DEL POZO; vii) CORRER UNA LONGITUD DE TUBERIA IMPULSORA DENTRO DE LA TUBERIA DE PRODUCCION Y ASEGURAR A LA BOCA DEL POZO; viii) CONTINUAR EL PROCESO DE CORRER LONGITUDES DE LA TUBERIA IMPULSORA DENTRO DE LA TUBERIA DE PRODUCCION Y ASEGURARLAS HASTA QUE DICHA TUBERIA ESTE UBICADA A LA PROFUNDIDAD DESEADATHE SYSTEM INCLUDES: a) A WELL LINING PIPE; b) A PUMP THAT HAS AN INLET LOCATED AT A LOWER END OF SAID LINING PIPE; c) A PRODUCTION PIPE; d) A DRIVE CHAIN ROD, LOCATED INSIDE THE PRODUCTION PIPE; AND e) AT LEAST ONE STABILIZER AND ONE BEARING LOCATED ON THE DRIVE CHAIN ROD TO ENSURE STABLE ROTATION DURING THE OPERATION OF THE PUMP; WHERE THE PUMP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WELL DRIVES THE DRIVE CHAIN ROD TO ROTATE TO FEED THE PRESSURIZED WELL FLUID FROM THE PUMP TO FLOW UP THROUGH THE WELL TO THE SURFACE FOR PRODUCTION. THE METHOD INCLUDES: i) COUPLING AN ASSEMBLY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WELL TO A FIRST LENGTH OF THE PRODUCTION PIPE; ii) LOWER THE ASSEMBLY AND THE FIRST LENGTH OF THE PRODUCTION PIPE INTO THE WELL; iii) SECURE THE PIPE AT THE MOUTH OF THE WELL; iv) COUPLING AN ADDITIONAL LENGTH OF THE PRODUCTION PIPE TO THE FIRST LENGTH OF THE PRODUCTION PIPE; v) LOWER THE LENGTH OF PIPE INSIDE THE WELL; vi) CONTINUE THE PROCESS UNTIL THE ASSEMBLY OF THE BOTTOM OF THE WELL IS LOCATED AT THE DESIRED DEPTH INSIDE THE WELL; vii) RUN A LENGTH OF PRESSURE PIPE INSIDE THE PRODUCTION PIPE AND SECURE IT AT THE MOUTH OF THE WELL; viii) CONTINUE THE PROCESS OF RUNNING LENGTHS OF THE PRESSURE PIPE INSIDE THE PRODUCTION PIPE AND SECURE THEM UNTIL SUCH PIPE IS LOCATED AT THE DESIRED DEPTH
