DONDE EL APARATO COMPRENDE: a) UNA SUSTANCIA COMESTIBLE QUE COMPRENDE UN BOMBON; b) UNA LAMINA DIFERENCIADA DE PELICULA FLEXIBLE, DONDE DICHA PELICULA FLEXIBLE COMPRENDE UNA PELICULA DE BARRERA CON UN ALTO NIVEL DE IMPERMEABILIDAD; c) UN ADHESIVO QUE COMPRENDE UN ADHESIVO DE SELLADO EN FRIO DISPUESTO SOBRE LA PELICULA FLEXIBLE EN UN PATRON PARCIALMENTE ARQUEADO QUE RODEA UN ESPACIO SIN ADHESIVO QUE ESTA DIMENSIONADO PARA ALOJAR LA SUSTANCIA COMESTIBLE, EN EL QUE EL ADHESIVO NO SE EXTIENDE HASTA AL MENOS UN BORDE DE LA PELICULA FLEXIBLE; CARACTERIZADO PORQUE PARTES DEL ADHESIVO ESTAN EN CONTACTO CON OTRAS PARTES DEL ADHESIVO DE TAL MANERA QUE LA LAMINA DIFERENCIADA ENCAPSULA LA SUSTANCIA COMESTIBLE, Y LA LAMINA DIFERENCIADA SE SOMETE A TORSION EN AL MENOS UNA ZONA QUE INCLUYE EL ADHESIVO.
