(a) ES CONTINUA, EN UN SISTEMA DE TRES CAMARAS, Y SE LLEVA A CABO EN UN HORNO ROTATIVO TUBULAR O REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO. EL AZUFRE SE ANADE ESTEQUIOMETRICAMENTE, SEMIESTEQUIOMETRICAMENTE O CATALITICAMENTE. DURANTE (a) SE REALIZA UN ENRIQUECIMIENTO DE METALES PRECIOSOS EN LA FASE DE SULFURO DE COBRE. LAS MENAS O CONCENTRADOS DE MENAS SE SELECCIONAN DE ENARGITA (Cu3AsS4), TENNANTITA (Cu12As4S13) Y/O TETRAEDRITA (Cu12Sb4S13) ASOCIADOS CON CALCOPIRITA (CuFeS2), BORNITA (Cu5FeS4), CUBANITA (CuFeS4), CALCOSINA (Cu2S), DIGENITA (Cu9S5) Y/O COVELINA (CuS)WHERE THE PROCEDURE INCLUDES: a) TRANSFORMATION OF MINES OR CONCENTRATES OF MINES, BY REACTION IN AN INERT ATMOSPHERE WITH SULFUR FROM 300 ° C TO 600 ° C DURING A TIME BETWEEN 5 MINUTES AND 24 HOURS; b) GRINDING THE REACTION PRODUCT; c) PHYSICAL SEPARATION AT LEAST PARTIAL OF THE ARSENIC AND / OR ANTIMONIUM SULFIDES OBTAINED FROM THE SULFIDES CONTAINING COPPER, THROUGH ELECTROSTATIC, GRAVIMETRIC OR MAGNETIC PROCEDURES, AIR SEPARATION, SELECTION OF SIZES, OR SIZES, OR CLOTHING PROCEDURES. ; AND, d) TREATMENT OF THE SULFIDES CONTAINING SEPARATED COPPER, THROUGH PYROMETALLURGICAL OR HYDROMETALLURGICAL PROCEDURES TO OBTAIN COPPER. (a) IT IS CONTINUOUS, IN A THREE-CHAMBER SYSTEM, AND CARRIED OUT IN A TUBULAR ROTARY OVEN OR FLUIDIZED BED REACTOR. SULFUR IS ADDED STECHOMETRICALLY, SEMIESTECHIOMETRICALLY OR CATALYTICALLY. DURING (a) PRECIOUS METALS ENRICHMENT IS CARRIED OUT IN THE COPPER SULFIDE PHASE. THE MINES OR CONCENTRATES OF MINES ARE SELECTED FROM ENARGITE (Cu3AsS4), TENNANTITA (Cu12As4S13) AND / OR TETRAHEDRITE (Cu12Sb4S13) ASSOCIATED WITH CHALCOPYRITE (CuFeS2), BORNITE (Cu5FeSEN, CALSCUBANITE (Cu5FeS4), CUBANITE (Cu5FeS4), CUBANITE (Cu5FeS4), CUBANITE5 ) AND / OR COVELINA (CuS)
