DONDE EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE: a)COLAR UN MATERIAL FUNDIDO LIQUIDO EN UNA LINGOTERA DE BANDA ANCHA EN CIRCULACION, DONDE EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO ES LLEVADO DESDE EL RECEPTACULO DE DISTRIBUCION A TRAVES DE UNA TOBERA DE COLADA, DISPUESTA DE MANERA INCLINADA, A LA LINGOTERA; b)MANTENER CONSTANTE EL NIVEL DEL MATERIAL FUNDIDO EN EL RECEPTACULO, POR ENCIMA DEL PUNTO DE INTEGRACION DE LA TOBERA EN EL RECEPTACULO, EN UN NIVEL DE 75 A 90 mm RESPECTO AL NIVEL DEL BANO DE LA LINGOTERA; c)LLEVAR EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO A TRAVES DE UN CANAL ASCENDENTE DESDE EL RECEPTACULO HACIA LA TOBERA DONDE ES DISTRIBUIDO SIMETRICAMENTE POR UNA ANCHURA QUE CORRESPONDE CON LA DE LA BANDA A SER FORMADA; d)LLEVAR EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO A TRAVES DE UN PRIMER ESTRANGULADOR Y EN EL PUNTO DE SALIDA DE LA TOBERA ES DESVIADO A TRAVES DE OTRO ESTRANGULADOR EN DIRECCION HACIA DICHO BANO; e)DISTRIBUIR EL MATERIAL FUNDIDO EN DIRECCION VERTICAL POR TODA LA ANCHURA DE BANDA DE LA LINGOTERA, EN UNA PLURALIDAD DE PEQUENAS CORRIENTES INDIVIDUALES COMO CORRIENTE LAMINAR CON FORMACION DE UN PERFIL DE SALIDA A MODO DE CUNA CON UN ANGULO DE ABERTURA QUE DISCURRE EN DIRECCION DE EXTRACCION DE LA BANDA DE 15° A 30° RESPECTO AL NIVEL DEL BANO.
