EL HORNO ESTA EQUIPADO CON UNA CORREA SINFIN EN LA QUE SE ALIMENTA EL OXIDO QUE SE VA A REDUCIR. EL OXIDO DE COBRE (I) QUE SE ALIMENTA AL HORNO SE SECA Y CALIENTA EN LA ZONA DE SECADO Y CALENTAMIENTO, Y POSTERIORMENTE SE EFECTUA LA REDUCCION A UNA TEMPERATURA QUE OSCILA ENTRE 600 Y 900ºC EN LA ZONA DE REDUCCION POR MEDIO DE HIDROGENO. THE OVEN IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ENDLESS BELT IN WHICH THE OXIDE TO BE REDUCED IS FEEDED. THE OXIDE OF COPPER (I) THAT IS FEED IN THE OVEN DRIES AND HEATS IN THE DRYING AND HEATING AREA, AND THEN THE REDUCTION IS CARRIED OUT AT A TEMPERATURE RANGING BETWEEN 600 AND 900ºC IN THE REDUCTION AREA BY MEANS OF HYDROGEN. THE METALLIC COPPER THAT IS FORMED, COOLS IN THE COOLING ZONE TO A TEMPERATURE BELOW 100ºC, AFTER WHICH THE COPPER SINTER IS REMOVED FROM THE BELT AND UNLOADED FROM THE OVEN.
