DURANTE EL TRATAMIENTO MECANICO SE FORMAN RANURAS EN DIRECCION HORIZONTAL, CON RESPECTO A LA DIRECCION DE LA SUSPENSION DE LA PLACA, SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DE LA PLACA; Y SE REALIZA SOBRE AMBOS LADOS DE LA PLACA CON AL MENOS UN ELEMENTO DE TRATAMIENTO DE LA SUPERFICIE (CEPILLO Y/O APARATO LAMINADOR) QUE SE SUMERGE EN LA SUPERFICIE DEL MATERIAL TIPO PLACA A UN ANGULO RECTO MIENTRAS LA SUPERFICIE SE MUEVE.
