ASSIGNED TS SIGNALS, RE-MULTIPLEXING USING THE MULTIPLEXING FRAME PATTERN TO COMBINE ALL TS SIGNALS, AND TRANSMITTING THE COMBINED SIGNALS AS THE SIGNAL TO BE RETRANSMITTED. (b) ENCAPSULATES THE GENERATED MULTIPLEXED FLOW SIGNAL IN IP, AND TRANSMITS AN IP PACKET THROUGH AN IP NETWORK A (c); AND (c) RECEIVES THE IP PACKET FROM (b) AND DEENCAPSULES THE IP PACKAGE TO SEPARATE EACH ORIGINAL TS SIGNAL.
