THE SYSTEM INCLUDES: i) A CONTACTLESS PREPAYMENT CONTROL BOARD AND SUPPLY CUT OUT CONTAINING THE READER-WRITER ELEMENT, A MICROCONTROLLER, A ZERO ELECTRICAL CROSS DETECTOR, A CUTTING DEVICE CONTROLLER AND A POWER SUPPLY OF SUCH CARD; ii) AN ENERGY SUPPLY CUTTING DEVICE; AND, c) AN ELEMENT OF SIGNAL TRANSMISSION / RECEPTION
