Abstract
DONDE EL METODO COMPRENDE: a) AGLUTINAR LAS PEQUENAS GOTAS DE AGUA, HACIENDO FLUIR LA SOLUCION ORGANICA PROVENIENTE DE UNA EXTRACCION LIQUIDO-LIQUIDO EN CONEXION CON LA RECUPERACION METALURGICA DE METALES Y CONTIENE UN METAL O SUSTANCIA VALIOSOS SEPARADOS DURANTE LA EXTRACCION, A TRAVES DE UNA ZONA DEL CANAL DE FLUJO QUE ES REDUCIDA EN EL AREA DE LA SECCION TRANSVERSAL, EXTENDIENDOSE A TRAVES DEL TANQUE DE UN LADO AL OTRO Y QUE ESTA UBICADA EN LA SECCION SUPERIOR DEL TANQUE; Y, b) HACER FLUIR LA SOLUCION ACUOSA SEPARADA, A TRAVES DE CANALES GUIA EN LA SECCION INFERIOR DEL TANQUE. EL EQUIPO INCLUYE: i) UN TANQUE DE SEDIMENTACION QUE COMPRENDE UN EXTREMO DE ALIMENTACION Y UN EXTREMO DE SALIDA, LADOS Y UN FONDO Y POR LO MENOS UNA ALIMENTACION DE LA SOLUCION ORGANICA Y UNA CONEXION DE SEPARACION; Y, ii) UN AGUTINANTE QUE TIENE UN CENTRO SOLIDO. UN TUBO DE ALIMENTACION ESTA DISPUESTO EN EL EXTREMO DE ALIMENTACION DE (i), EQUIPADO CON VARIOS ELEMENTOS DE DESCARGA SEPARADOS UNIFORMEMENTE A TRAVES DE TODO EL ANCHO DE (i) Y CON POR LO MENOS UN TUBO DE SALIDA DE LA SOLUCION ORGANICA. EL TUBO DE SALIDA ESTA EQUIPADO CON VARIOS ELEMENTOS POR MEDIO DE LOS CUALES SE SEPARA UNIFORMEMENTE LA SOLUCION ORGANICA SEPARADA, Y FORMA UN POZO EN LA SECCION DEL FONDO DE LA PARTE POSTERIOR DE (i) PARA RECOLECTAR LA SOLUCION ACUOSA, TENIENDO EL POZO UN TUBO DE SALIDA EQUIPADO CON VARIOS ELEMENTOS DE SUCCION. LA SOLUCION ORGANICA DE EXTRACCION PURA Y LA ACUOSA SON SEPARADAS EN VARIAS SUBCORRIENTES
