THIS CLOSURE ALLOWS THAT THE FRANGIBLE PORTION OF THE CAPSULE CAN PROVIDE A CLEAR AND VISIBLE EVIDENCE OF WHETHER THE CLOSURE HAS PARTIALLY DISCONNECTED FROM THE CONTAINER, THUS DETERMINING AN ATTEMPTED COUNTERFEITING OR REUSE OF UNAUTHORIZED RECYCLING OR UN AUTHORIZED RECYCLING.
