SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICION QUE COMPRENDE: a) ESTROGENO SELECCIONADO DE ETINILESTRADIOL (EE), ESTRADIOL, SULFAMATOS DE ESTRADIOL, VALERATO DE ESTRADIOL, BENZOATO DE ESTRADIOL, ESTRONA Y SULFATO DE ESTRONA; b) CICLODEXTRINA SELECCIONADA DE O-CICLODEXTRINA, ß-CICLODEXTRINA, ý-CICLODEXTRINA. LA FORMULACION TIENE UNA HUMEDAD RELATIVA DE 60% DETERMINADA A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 20°C Y 40°C. LA FORMULACION COMPRENDE ADEMAS UN MAXIMO DE 2% p/p DE POLIVINILPIRROLIDONA Y AGENTES ACTIVOS COMO DROSPIRENONA, LEVONORGESTREL, NORGESTREL ENTRE OTROS. SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION. LA COMPOSICION DE COMPLEJO CICLODEXTRINA-ESTROGENO CONFIERE UNA ESTABILIDAD MEJORADA AL ETINIL ESTRADIOL AL ALMACENARSE
