IN BOTH LAYERS, THE VARNISHER IS AT LEAST 50%. IT ALSO INCLUDES A MODIFYING AMOUNT OF COLOR TRANSMISSION OF A VARNISHER IN SUCH SOLAR ABSORPTION LAYER, SUCH AS FLUORINE OR CHLORINE
