WHERE THE DEVICE ATTRACTS URINE FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE URETHRA OF A MALE USER, SO THAT AFTER THE ACTION OF URINATING HAS OCCURRED, THE DEVICE IS HELD IN A PLACE NEAR THE URETHRA HOLE AND THE USER'S URETHRA SURFACE OF URINE AROUND THE URETHRA HOLE INTO THE DEVICE.
