CATALIZADOR PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ACETATO DE VINILO HACIENDO REACCIONAR ETILENO, OXIGENO Y ACIDO ACETICO CON BAJA SELECTIVIDAD DE CO2, EL CUAL COMPRENDE UNA BASE POROSA EN LA QUE SE DEPOSITAN Cu METALICO, Pd Y Au, Y PREPARARLO COMPRENDE : i) REVESTIR LA BASE POROSA CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE UNA SAL DE COBRE SOLUBLE EN AGUA, DE PREFERENCIA CuCl2, FIJANDO LUEGO EL Cu EN UN COMPUESTO INSOLUBLE EN AGUA MEDIANTE LA REACCION CON UN COMPUESTO ALCALINO ADECUADO; ii) IMPREGNAR LUEGO UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE Pd INSOLUBLE EN AGUA, DE PREFERENCIA Na2PdCl4, FIJANDO LUEGO EL Pd EN FORMA DE UN COMPUESTO SOLUBLE EN AGUA MEDIANTE LA REACCION CON UN COMPUESTO ALCALINO ADECUADO; iii) REDUCIR A SU ESTADO METALICO LOS COMPUESTOS INSOLUBLES EN AGUA DE Cu Y Pd PRESENTES EN LA BASE; iv) IMPREGNAR LA BASE QUE CONTIENE Cu Y Pd CON UNA SOLUCION DE KAuO2; v) REDUCIR EL KAuO2 A Au METALICO. EL CATALIZADOR CONTIENE ALREDEDOR DE 0,3 g A 5,0 g DE Cu ELEMENTAL POR LITRO DE CATALIZADOR, ALREDEDOR DE 1 g A 10 g DE Pd Y ALREDEDOR DE 0,5 g A 10 g DE Au ELEMENTAL POR LITRO DE CATALIZADOR, EN DONDE LA CANTIDAD DE Au ES DE ALREDEDOR 10% A 125% POR PESO BASADA EN EL PESO DEL Pd.
