Abstract
UN APARATO Y METODO DE TOSTADO DE LECHO FLUIDIFICADO PARA CONVERTIR MOLIBDENITA EN TRIOXIDO DE MOLIBDENO. EL APARATO DE TOSTADO ESTA CONFORMADO POR: 1) UNA CAMARA QUE CONTIENE EL LECHO DE SULFUROS DE MOLIBDENO, SIENDO PROVISTA DE UN ORIFICIO DE ALIMENTACION Y DE DESCARGA; 2) UN MEDIO DE FLUIDIFICACION QUE PONE EN CONTACTO CON EL LECHO A UN GAS FLUIDIFICANTE QUE CONTIENE OXIGENO A FIN DE CONVERTIR UNA PORCION DE LOS SULFUROS DE MOLIBDENO EN OXIDOS DE MOLIBDENO; 3) UN MEDIO DE REFRIGERACION PARA ENFRIAR EL LECHO DURANTE EL CONTACTO DEL GAS FLUIDIFICANTE CON EL LECHO; ESTE APARATO INCLUYE TUBOS REFRIGERANTES, UN MEDIO DE VIBRACION, UNA PLACA DE DISTRIBUCION, PRECALENTADORES DEL GAS FLUIDIFICANTE Y UNA SECCION SUPERIOR EXPANDIDA. EL APARATO PUEDE SER OPERADO EN FORMA CONTINUA USANDO UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL AUTOMATICO
