Abstract
Description
Išradimas priskiriamas šilumnešio šildymui, naudojant šiluminę energiją katilų (krosnių) tipo įrenginiuose, kuri gaunama tuose įrenginiuose deginant susmulkintą kietąjį kurą - susmulkintus ar granulėmis supresuotus šiaudus ar medieną ir kt. Deginimui ir tokiu būdu šiluminei energijai gauti skirtas kai kurių rūšių šiaudų tipo kuras pasižymi tuo, kad degimo proceso metu pelenais virstančios granulės lydosi, pelenai jų lydymosi metu sulimpa. Sulipusių pelenų gabalai palaipsniui didėja, užkimšdami oro pritekėjimui į degimo zoną skirtus kanalus. Degimo procesas slopinamas ir ugnis palaipsniui užgęsta. Therefore, heat generators of known designs are not suitable for burning fuel whose ash melts during combustion, thus interfering with a reliable combustion process.
Žinomi įvairūs šilumos generatoriai - krosnys ir katilai, kuriose šiluminė energija gaunama deginant kurą. Paprastesnės konstrukcijos generatoriuose kuras į degimo zoną tiekiamas užduotomis porcijomis. Tobulesniuose generatoriuose kuras į degimo zoną tiekiamas nepertraukiamu srautu arba tokio srauto dalimis. Paprastai tokiuose šildymo įrenginiuose visas kuro tiekimo į jo degimo zoną procesas ir kiti procesai, pavyzdžiui, pelenų pašalinimo procesai, būna automatizuoti. Tokie įrenginiai aprašyti Lietuvos Respublikos patentuose LT4839B, LT4808B ir kituose šaltiniuose. Žinomų generatorių konstrukcijoms būdinga tai, kad jos iš dalies priklauso nuo kuro tiekimo į degimo zoną būdo: kuras porcijomis ar srautu gali būti tiekiamas iš šono, iš viršaus ar kitaip, atitinkamai parenkant šildymo įrenginio -generatoriaus mechanizmus, įskaitant oro padavimą, pelenų pašalinimą, šilumos nuvedimą ir kt.Various heat generators are known, such as furnaces and boilers, in which thermal energy is generated by burning fuel.
