Abstract

The invention relates to a health service and can be used for holding of plugs, applied for protecting ears against noise and wind. A cassette of plugs comprises a screwed stick. Closed packets are fixed along a stick. Each packet holds a couple of vacuum plugs, which are made from porous elastic material. A screw-nut is turned on a stick. At inside of a screw-nut is fixed a knife for opening of packets and cutting them from a stick. A pitch of screw -nut and a screwed stick are equal to a thickness of packet. A plug is posted with a sticky tape.

Description

The swab cartridge belongs to the group of personal protective equipment for human health and can be used to store swabs designed to protect the ears from noise and wind.

Increased environmental pollution places stricter requirements on human health safety. It has been found that the amount of pathogenic microorganisms in human living and working environment is relatively reduced in the overall increasing balance of anthropogenic pollution. As environmental pollution increases, the immune system becomes weaker, and the individual becomes more sensitive to all pathogens and their facultative groups. People need to be increasingly wary of not only exposure to infectious agents, aggressive substances, but also noise, fields that have an accumulative effect that has a negative residual charge on health. Globalization of technology has increasingly forced people to live and work in noisy environments, and it is no coincidence that the development of individual noise protection measures has intensified in recent years.

There are two main types of noise protection for ear protection: earwraps and ear pads.

Known ear swabs made of cotton or cloth or other material. If required, they are made by the user or are specifically made for consumption (US 05727566).

It is known (patent LT 4986 B), where the ear canal tampon is formed from a loose material that helps to better pinch the surfaces and better seal the ear canal.

Although tampons provide good protection against noise, this type of measure is not insured against the side effects of health. They can cause dermatitis of the earlobe for prolonged and frequent use because the skin of the earlobe is very thin and sensitive. Before use, the tampons or their material are exposed to ambient air for a long period of time and may contain pathogenic microorganisms and thus serve as pathogens.

The goal is to create a more effective, personalized noise and wind protection device for your ears.

We have achieved this goal by creating an individual, disposable, sterile swab storage cartridge. It consists of a rod with a screw surface along which the sealed sachets are fixed. Each sachet contains a pair of ear swabs made of a fluffy elastic material that is vacuumed. The nut is screwed onto the rod with a stationary blade on the inside for opening and cutting off the sachets. The pitch of the nut and rod thread is equal to the thickness of one socket. The tape is sealed with adhesive tape.

Works that way.

Take the cassette with two fingers - the forefinger and thumb at the ends of the handle, and turn the nut body 5 one turn until the mark 9 of the blade body 7 faces the opposite side of the sachets. The nut threads 6, slides the rod threads 2, the cylindrical rod 1 through one thickness of the vacuum swab sachet 3. The end of the adhesive tape 10 is sealed on the top side of the next sachet 3 of vacuum wipes. As more tampons are consumed, the end of the cylindrical bar 1 from which the tampon sachets 3 are cut can be shortened, thereby reducing the size of the tampon cartridge.

The effect is achieved by reducing the amount of tampons in the swab cartridges, keeping them in sterile conditions and deciding on their disposability:

Under vacuum conditions, tampon volume is reduced. Small cartridges hold more swabs;

Sterility is improved because a certain group of pathogenic microorganisms are not adapted to live under anaerobic conditions;

The sachets in the sachets can be kept sterile, which is controlled by the sterile storage of the tampons. It is easy to visually detect lesions, because when the sachet is damaged and the pressure in the sachet and sachets is equalized, the tampons swell from the elastic friable material and the sachets deform, noticeably deforming the entire cartridge;

Once the sachet has been opened, the tampons can no longer be returned to the cartridge for reuse
