Siūlomas įrenginys skirtas naudoti sudėvėtų padangų perdirbimo technologijose. Pagrindinė tikslinė paskirtis - naudoti technologijose, kuriose gumos apvalkalas ardomas ozonu. Įrenginys gali būti naudojamas technologijose su kombinuotais mechaninių įtempimų sukūrimo metodais ir kombinuotais padangos apvalkalo ardymo metodais.The proposed equipment is intended for use in the recycling technology of worn tires. The rubber sheath breaks into small pieces of 5-10 mm, i.e. rubber crumbs are formed which are separated from the cord. The construction of the bottom 3 is such that the rubber crumbs enter the sieve 15, passing through the grooves of this sieve, and further crumbling into the hopper 13. The saddles 27 rest on the tire casing, stretch radially and create mechanical stresses in the casing body. The magnitude of the mechanical stresses is about 0.5 - 0.6 kgf / cm 2 . The magnitude of the mechanical stresses is determined by the amount of torque generated by the electric motor 26 of the pivot sleeve 25. When the tire casing 7 has been disassembled, actuator 26 is engaged and rotary sleeve 25 causes the screw 28 to rotate anticlockwise. The nuts 29 and 30 move down and up respectively. This helps to loosen the remaining cord that enters the unit's hopper 11.
