Invention covers the composition of an anhydrite binder. The composition consists of the following ingredients in mass percentage: phosphoric plaster - 80-90, neutralised glass slime or fertiliser slime neutralised by industrial acid wastewater - 2-10, clay - 5-15. Mechanical strength of the anhydrite binder after 28 days hardening is 51, 2-72, 1 Mpa. This composition is used for the manufacturing of construction materials.
