Description

Kartonas naudojamas siekiant padaryti įmanomu daugkartinį medžiagos perdirbimą .The present invention relates to a pallet made largely of recyclable cardboard using tubular pieces of thick cardboard core which are arranged in a pallet such that their axes are perpendicular to the horizontal surface of the pallet. Cardboard is used to make it possible to recycle the material.

Paprastai padėklai gaminami iš medžio, suteikiančio jiems didelę keliamąją galią. Medinis padėklas gali būti panaudojamas keletą kartų, bet praktiškai padėklai labai greitai pavirsta atliekomis.Pallets are usually made of wood, which gives them high carrying capacity. A wooden pallet can be reused several times, but in practice the pallets become waste very quickly.

It is also well known to make pallets from cardboard which can be recycled into pulp after use. This solves the waste problem. Nevertheless, many cardboard pallets are abandoned because they do not have the same strength and carrying capacity as wooden pallets.

Patente SE 356994 aprašomas padėklas, kuris pagamintas iš vamzdžio pavidalo storo kartono šerdies gabalų. Jie išdėstyti vienas prie kito visame padėklo plote. Padėklas turi atramas, todėl vamzdžio gabalai yra skirtingų dydžių. Šerdies gabalai, kurių ašys statmenos padėklo horizontaliam paviršiui, suteikia padėklui didelę keliamąją galią, bet trūkumas tas, kad padėklo gaminimas yra varginantis.Patent SE 356994 discloses a pallet made of tubular, thick cardboard core pieces. They are positioned next to each other throughout the pallet area. The pallet has supports so the pipe pieces come in different sizes. The core pieces, whose axes are perpendicular to the horizontal surface of the pallet, give the pallet a high lifting capacity, but the disadvantage is that the production of the pallet is tedious.

The object of the present invention is to form a pallet of thick cardboard tubular core pieces which has a high load-bearing capacity and is more robust and easy to manufacture than previously known cardboard pallets. The pallet according to the present invention is distinguished by having beams formed of parallel tubular thick cardboard cores and wrapping them in cardboard, fixed to each other crosswise in two overlapping layers.

According to the invention, the pallet is made entirely from recyclable material and this alone provides benefits regardless of other properties.

According to the invention, the cardboard cores used in the pallet are generally made of paper rolls. The cores are made of cardboard, which is twisted into a tube and its layers are glued together. Produces a thick walled tube with a wall made of many cardboard layers. For the production of cardboard cores, generally recycled pulp is used. This type of core, made from recycled material, has high axial compression strength, which provides the pallet with the necessary lifting capacity. The cores according to the invention are thus made from recycled materials, cut into small pieces, arranged in a single row and wrapped in cardboard. This produces long beams that can be used to make a pallet in the same way as ordinary wooden pallets. The production of beams from uniformly sized core pieces is easy to automate.

According to the invention, the height of the core pieces used in said beams is approximately equal to or slightly less than their outer diameter. This dimensioning gives the pallets sufficient lifting capacity and easy assembly.

In the present invention, the cardboard surrounding the cardboard core pieces is corrugated, comprising alternately corrugated and smooth layers. The beams are fixed in a longitudinal direction to stiffen the beams.

Jei gaminiai kraunami ant padėklo išlaiko savo formą, pavyzdžiui, kietos dėžės ar panašūs paketai, savo dydžiu atitinkantys padėklo dydį, padėklas gali būti sudarytas tik iš sijų, kurios pritvirtintos viena prie kitos kryžmai. If the product retains its shape when loaded onto a pallet, such as hard boxes or similar packages, the size of the pallet being equal, the pallet may consist only of beams which are cross-linked.

However, the pallet of the present invention typically has a sheet of coating which is attached to the top of the beams and is made of rigid cardboard, so that the pallet can be used for loading smaller dimensions or for packing unpacked articles such as bags.

Kad padėklas būtų lengviau transportuojamas, sijos išdėstomos tarpusavyje lygiagrečiai mažiausiai viename padėklo sluoksnyje tam, kad padėklas galėtų būti pakeltas krautuvo šakėmis įkišamomis į padėklo angas. To facilitate transport of the pallet, the beams are positioned parallel to one another in at least one layer of the pallet so that the pallet can be raised by inserting the forks into the opening of the pallet.

Be to galima naudoti kniedės, kad būtų užtikrintas padėklo susiklijavimas. The substrate of the invention can be assembled using only glue that is released from the pulp material during recycling. These binders consist of, for example, so-called hot melt adhesives and cold adhesives. In addition, rivets can be used to secure the pallet.

Išradime aprašomas padėklas gali būti pritvirtintas prie keliamo paketo. Padėklas ir paketas, pavyzdžiui, didelis popierinis maišas, tuo būdu sudaro bendrą paketą, kurio medžiaga po naudojimo gali būti visa pakar30 totinai perdirbta. The pallet of the invention may be attached to a lifting package. The pallet and the package, such as a large paper bag, thus form an overall package which can be recycled after use.

Toliau išradimas aprašomas pavyzdžiais ir čia pridedamais brėžiniais, kuriuose:The invention will now be described by way of example and by means of the accompanying drawings, in which:

Fig. 1 vaizduoja išradime aprašytą padėklą, kuris pauostas naudojimui ir kuris pilnai padarytas iš paartotinai panaudotų medžiagų. Padėkle 1 lygiagrečiai išdėstytos viena kitos atžvilgiu sijos 3 taip, kad padėklas galėtų būti transportuojamas, įkišant krautuvo šakes tarp sijų.FIG. 1 shows a pallet according to the invention which is ready for use and made entirely of reusable materials. The pallet 1 consists of a coating sheet 2 made of rigid corrugated cardboard and beams 3 made of cardboard and arranged crosswise in two layers. The coating sheet 2 and the beams 3 are bonded with hot glue released during the pulp recycling process. The size of the pallet 1 is usually 0.5 - 1.5m x 0.5 x 1.5m and is designed for transportation such as large paper bags weighing several hundred kilograms. The pallet 1 is arranged in parallel with the beams 3 in relation to each other so that the pallet can be transported by inserting the forks of the truck between the beams.

The construction of the beams 3 in the tray 1 is shown in Figs. 2. 7. Tubular cardboard core pieces 4 shown in Figs. 5, which are cut from cardboard cores used, for example, as paper roll cores. The inner diameter of the core pieces 4 generally varies from 85 to 180 mm, the wall thickness from 2 to 15 mm and the height h from 30 to 100 mm.

Optimalus šerdies gabalo 4 aukštis h yra šiek tiek mažesnis arba lygus išoriniam skersmeniui D.The optimum height h of the core piece 4 is slightly less than or equal to the outer diameter D.

Šerdies gabalai 4 gali būti išdėstyti sijoje 3 eilėje, kaip parodyta Fig. 4. Šerdies gabalų 4 skaičius sijoje gali keistis priklausomai nuo sijos ilgio, t.y., padėklo 1 išmatavimų. Jei pageidaujamas sijos ilgis nėra šerdies gabalo išorinio skersmens D kartotinis, gali būti paliekamas plyšys šerdies gabalų 4 eilės viduryje. Paprastai šerdies gabalai suklijuojami eilėje šonais vienas prie kito. The core pieces 4 may be arranged in a beam 3 in a row, as shown in Figs. 4. The number of core pieces 4 in the beam may vary depending on the length of the beam, i.e., the dimensions of the pallet 1. If the desired beam length is not a multiple of the outer diameter D of the core piece, a gap may be left in the middle of row 4 of the core pieces. Typically, the core pieces are glued in a row laterally to each other.

The core pieces 4 in the beam 3 are wrapped in corrugated cardboard sheet 6 having folds 5 corresponding to the rib edges. The strips of sheet 6 on the outside of the pallet are made in such a manner that they overlap the top of the core pieces 4 and are glued together with said dissolved adhesive. The same adhesive is used on all contacting surfaces of core pieces 4 and corrugated board 6.

Sluoksnio 8 gofravimo linijos eina sijos 3 ašies kryptimi. The corrugated cardboard sheet 6 is dimensioned such that its outer strips are only half the width of the beam 3. In this way, the beam 3 has a corrugated cardboard layer in which the edges of the sheet 6 are disposed opposite and do not overlap each other, as can be seen from FIG. 6. The corrugated cardboard 6 used in the beams 3 is composed of 5 overlapping layers as shown in Figs. 7, one of which in the middle and the outer ones are straight 7 and the other two are corrugated 8. The corrugation lines of the layer 8 follow the axis of the beam 3.

Padėklo 1 nešamosios galios požiūriu svarbu, kad vamzdžio pavidalo šerdies gabalų 4 ašys 9 (palygink Fig. 4) būtų nukreiptos apkrovimo kryptimi, t.y. statmenai padėklo horizontaliam paviršiui (dangos lakštui 2).With respect to the carrying capacity of the pallet 1, it is important that the axes 9 (compare Fig. 4) of the tubular core pieces 4 are oriented in the loading direction, i.e. perpendicular to the horizontal surface of the pallet (covering sheet 2).

Fig. 8 vaizduoja padėklą 1, pagal Fig. 1, kuris laiko didelį popierinį maišą 10, pripildytą birių ar granuliuotų produktų. Pa5 dėklas 1 ir maišas kartu sudaro vieną įpakavimo elementą, ir po to, kai jis ištuštinamas, gali būti panaudotas kaip žaliava celiuliozės masei gaminti.FIG. 8 shows a tray 1 according to FIG. 1 which holds a large paper bag 10 filled with bulk or granular products. The bag 10 is filled when placed on a pallet and can be glued to it. The Pa5 tray 1 and the bag together form a single packing element and, once emptied, can be used as a raw material for making pulp.

Specialistams aišku, kad išradimo taikymas nėra ribojamas aukščiau aprašytais pavyzdžiais, bet gali būti keičiamas pridėtos apibrėžties ribose. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the invention is not limited to the examples described above, but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims.
