Išradimas priskiriamas medicinos technikos sričiai, o būtent, prietaisams, skirtiems biologiniam skysčiui išvalyti nuo toksinių medžiagų ir virusų.The invention relates to the field of medical technology, namely, devices for purifying biological fluid from toxic substances and viruses.
Žinomi įrenginiai biologinio skysčio valymui nuo toksinių medžiagų ir nuodų, kurie sudaryti iš siurblio, ultrafiltrų, recirkuliacinės sistemos ir reguliuojamo pastovaus energijos šaltinio. Šių įrengimų pagalba biologinis skystis išvalomas cheminių reakcijų dėka, perpumpuojant jį pro sudėtingą recirkuliacinę sistemą (žr. SU aut. liud. Nr. 1674853 ir Nr. 1680209) . Žinomi kiti įrengimai, susidedantys iš korpuso su jame esančia filtravimo medžiaga - hemosorbentu arba pluoštu Vualen. Vietoje filtrų gali būti naudojama centrifūga su disperguojančia valomąja medžiaga. Teigiamas efektas priklauso nuo valymo laiko. Tačiau tai blogai veikia paciento savijautą, be to įrengimas neefektyvus, išvalant virusus (žr. SU aut. liud. Nr. 1600783 ir Nr. 1569020). Taip pat žinomi tobulesni ekstrakorporaliniai hipoterminiai įrengimai, kuriuose biologinis skystis išvalomas, pakeliant temperatūrą. Prieš grąžinant jį į paciento organizmą, jis veikiamas ultravioletiniais spinduliais (žr. DE patentas Nr. 3817603). Tačiau, kaip ir visi anksčiau paminėti įrengimai, jis nepašalina tiesioginio mechaninio kontakto su biologiniu skysčiu, yra sudėtingas ir nepatikimas.Known devices for cleaning biological fluids from toxic materials and poisons, which consist of a pump, ultrafilter, recirculation system and a controlled constant power source. These devices purify the biological fluid by chemical reactions, pumping it through a sophisticated recirculation system (see SU Authentication Nos. 1674853 and 1680209). Other devices are known, which consist of a housing with a filter material contained therein, either a hemosorbent or a fiber Vualen. Instead of filters, a centrifuge with dispersing detergent can be used. The positive effect depends on the cleaning time. However, this is detrimental to the patient's well-being and the installation is ineffective in clearing viruses (see SU 1600783 and 1569020). Also known are advanced extracorporeal hypothermic devices that purify biological fluid by raising the temperature. It is exposed to ultraviolet rays before being returned to the patient's body (see DE patent 3817603). However, like all the aforementioned devices, it does not eliminate direct mechanical contact with the biological fluid, it is complex and unreliable.
Išradimo tikslas yra sukurti prietaisą biologinio skysčio valymui nuo toksinių medžiagų ir virusų, neturinčio mechaninio kontakto su pačiu skysčiu. Siūlomas prietaisas, kaip ir anksčiau minėti, susideda iš energijos šaltinio, valymo ir koreguojančių blokų, tačiau šių blokų funkcijas atlieka puslaidininkio lazeris. Lazeris įmontuotas korpuse, turinčiame pluošto išskaidymo ir valdymo sistemas. Biologinio skysčio, pvz.; kraujo, valymas nuo toksinių medžiagų ir virusų vyksta tiesiogiai mechaniškai nekontaktuojant su juo, o tik veikiant tam tikro stiprumo lazerio spindulių srautu į paciento kraujo recirkuliacijos sistemą. Palyginus su šiuo metu žinomais įrengimais siūlomas prietaisas yra portatyvinis, patogus naudotis stacionarinio ir ambulatorinio gydymo sąlygomis ir, svarbiausia, pašalina pavojų užkrėsti pacientą AIDS bei kitokiais pavojingais virusais, kadangi valymas vyksta nepaimant kraujo iš paciento organizmo.It is an object of the present invention to provide a device for purifying a biological fluid from toxic substances and viruses without mechanical contact with the fluid itself. The proposed device, as mentioned above, consists of a power source, a cleaning and a correction unit, but the functions of these units are performed by a semiconductor laser. The laser is housed in a housing equipped with beam splitting and control systems. Biological fluid, e.g. purification of blood from toxic substances and viruses takes place without direct mechanical contact, but only by exposure to a laser beam of a certain intensity into the patient's blood recirculation system. Compared to currently known devices, the proposed device is portable, convenient to use in inpatient and outpatient settings and, most importantly, eliminates the risk of transmitting the patient to AIDS and other dangerous viruses, as the cleaning is done without removing blood from the patient's body.

In clinical trials, the optimal angle was a = 35 °.
