Abstract

The new selected micro-organism for the Azotobacter vinelandii 21 effectively degrades heavy oil fractions. A stem has been extracted from water contaminated by heavy oil after a tanker accident. The stem may be used for the cleaning of fresh and salty water as well as for soil cleaning from oil pollutants and products of the same nature. The Azotobacter vinelandii 21 is deposited in the Genetika, scientific research institute of Russia (Moscow), collection number BKΠM B-5980, and in a collection of the Biocentre, a micro-organism museum, collection number BC-21.

Description

Išradimas priskiriamas mikrobiologinei pramonei ir jis gali būti ” taikomas biotechnologijoje, žemės ūkyje ,bei gamtos apsaugoje. Išradimo esmė - naujas bakterinis kamienas, naudojamas biologiniam vandens ir dirvos valymui nuo naftos teršalų.The invention relates to the microbiological industry and can be applied in biotechnology, agriculture and nature conservation. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a novel bacterial strain used for biological purification of water and soil from oil pollutants.

Žinomas iš JAV patento Nri 3813316 Pseudomonas aeroginosa PAO kamienas, kuris turi kontroliuojančias angliavandenilių utilizaciją plazmides CAM, OCT-, NAH irKnown from U.S. Patent No. 3,813,316, Pseudomonas aeroginosa PAO, which has hydrocarbon utilization controlling plasmids CAM, OCT-, NAH and

SAL . ir naudojamas mikrobiologinei naftos ir jos produktų degradacijai.SAL. and is used for microbiological degradation of petroleum and its products.

Šie kamieno trūkumas - lėta nevalytos naftos utilizacija. These strain shortages are the slow recovery of crude oil.

Also known as SU aut.l. No. 612958 Pseudomonas aeroginosa strain containing 0CT + , CAM 4 and 'ΝΛΗ / plasmids. It is used for biological treatment of water from oil and oil products.

Pseudomonas aeroginosa 121 kamieno trūkumas yra siauras veikimo spektras. The disadvantage of Pseudomonas aeroginosa 121 strain is its narrow spectrum of action.

Artimiausias savo veikimu siūlomam kamienui yrą' 'Pseudomonas putida 36, degraduojantis naftą ir jos produktus vandenyje ir dirvoje. Pseudomonas putida 36 išskirtas Tiumenės srityje iš Belozersko naftos radimvietės, 13100 gręžinio (SU aut.l. Nr. 76446).Closest to the proposed strain is Pseudomonas putida 36, which degrades oil and oil products in water and soil. Pseudomonas putida 36 was isolated from the Belozersk oilfield, 13100 borehole in the Tyumen region (SU Aut. No. 76446).

Šio kamieno trūkumas yra lėtas naftos, ypač aromatinės degradavimas; per 30 parų utilizuoja 74,5% parafininės, naftos, o aromatinės - 68,4% nuo pradinio kiekio. The disadvantage of this strain is the slow degradation of oil, especially aromatic; utilizes 74.5% of paraffinic, petroleum and 68.4% of initial volume within 30 days.

Išradimo tikslas ’ - pagreitinti sunkių naftos frakcijų degradavimą.The object of the invention is to accelerate the degradation of heavy petroleum fractions.
